Giorgio Schiano di Pepe
- Graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Genoa
- Admitted to the bar (Genoa) in 1971, qualified to plead before the Corte di Cassazione since 1987
- A founding partner of SCD Avvocati & Partners, dealing in particular with commercial law, corporate law, inheritance law, bankruptcy law and intellectual property law; he has developed over the years a special expertise as a Court-appointed legal advisor to bankruptcy administrators
- Formerly full professor of commercial law and bankruptcy law at the University of Genoa; widely published in the areas of bankruptcy law and intellectual property law; he has edited and co-ordinated collective works in the fields of company and bankruptcy law and has given presentations and lectures at a number of national and international conferences

Alessandra Costa
- Holds degrees from the University of Genoa (1996)
- Admitted to the bar (Genoa) in 2000, qualified to plead before the Corte di Cassazione since 2015
- A founding partner of SCD Avvocati & Partners, dealing with civil and commercial law, corporate law, insurance and bankruptcy law, both as a litigator and as a non-contentious advisor, she has also developed a particular expertise in the field of acoustic pollution

Lorenzo Schiano di Pepe
- Holds degrees from the University of Genoa (1997), University College London (1999), Georgeetown University (1999) and the University of Milan (2004)
- Admitted to the bar (Genoa) in 2001, qualified to plead before the Corte di Cassazione since 2015
- Full professor of European Union law at the University of Genoa
- A founding partner of SCD Avvocati & Partners, dealing with civil and commercial law, with a particular focus on international contracts and (judicial and arbitral) litigation as well as with a wide variety of EU law-related matters (including competition and environmental law)
- Has several editorial appointments including as co-editor in chief of “Rivista Giuridica dell’Ambiente”, a leading environmental law journal
- A member of the Advisory Board on the Law of the Sea (ABLOS) and a former member of the board of the Italian Flight Safety Agency (ANSV)
- Visiting lecturer, World Maritime University, Malmö, Sweden

- Holds degrees from the University of Genoa (2004), Ph.D. in Company Law from the Salento University (2013)
- Admitted to the bar (Genoa) in 2007
- A founding partner of SCD Avvocati & Partners, dealing with civil and commercial law, corporate law, bankruptcy law, both as a litigator and as a non-contentious advisor, she has also developed a particular expertise as a Court-appointed legal advisor to bankruptcy administrators
- Since 2007 she has been working permanently as author (also in charge of the regular updates) of the commentaries and guides of the Leggi d’Italia, today One Legale (Wolters Kluwer)
